These Terms apply when you use this website, join the waitlist, or use the My Red Cousin app once it is released. By using any of them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Availability and eligibility
The app is currently in testing. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a release date, platform availability, features, or pricing. You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use the website and app only with that permission.
2. Waitlist communications
By checking the consent box and joining, you ask us to send launch and occasional product updates to the email provided. You can withdraw consent at any time by using an unsubscribe method included in a message or emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect how we used your email while we had your permission. Do not submit another person’s email without their permission.
3. App license and acceptable use
When the app is available, you may use it personally for lawful, non-commercial purposes. This permission is limited, can be withdrawn, belongs only to you, and cannot be passed to someone else. These Terms and the rules of the app store also apply. Do not misuse the website or app, interfere with security, try to gain access without permission, send harmful or automated traffic, break the law, or violate another person’s rights. ABIEM and its partners keep all rights that are not clearly given to you here.
4. Your data and backups
You retain responsibility for information you enter and for keeping any backup copies you need. Exported backups are not password-protected, so store and share them carefully. We may use information you choose to send through the website or support only as explained in the Privacy Notice.
5. Health and fertility disclaimer
My Red Cousin is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
The website and app are for personal use, general information, entertainment, and wellbeing only. Period, cycle, fertile-window, and ovulation predictions are estimates based on information you provide and simplified assumptions. Bodies and cycles vary, and estimates may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Do not use the website or app as contraception, to decide whether unprotected sex is safe, to confirm or exclude pregnancy, or as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional and contact local emergency services in an emergency.
6. Changes and other services
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. We will provide notice when required, and continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms. Your phone software, the app store, places where you save files, and support services have their own terms and policies. We do not control them.
7. No warranties
As far as the law allows, the website and app are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that they will always work, be error-free, be right for a particular purpose, or avoid infringing someone else’s rights. We also do not promise that cycle estimates will be correct or suitable for any health, fertility, or pregnancy-related decision.
8. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, ABIEM is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, or decisions made using app estimates. These Terms do not limit responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit. This includes your mandatory consumer rights and our responsibility for fraud or deliberate wrongdoing.
9. Governing law and contact
Lithuanian law governs these Terms, but you still keep any protection that the law in your home country must give you. Any dispute may be heard by a court allowed under applicable law. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@abiem.solutions.
